    Make sure your Meta Business Portfolio is verified, then connect your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta. Clio validates the connection and configures the required webhook.

    Bring in your team and data

    Import contacts, connect Google Sheets if needed, and invite your team with the right roles and permissions.

Before you start

Clio requires a Meta-verified business to connect and use WhatsApp through the official Meta Cloud API.

Your business must have a verified Meta Business Portfolio and an eligible WhatsApp Business Account/number. Clio does not use unofficial WhatsApp APIs or WhatsApp Web automation — and does not bypass Meta’s verification or eligibility requirements.
